General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the jeetaa website located at https://jeetaa.app and all associated services, products, games, promotional offers, and content provided by jeetaa (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jeetaa Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with jeetaa and confirm your acceptance of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

jeetaa reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jeetaa will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email to your registered account address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of the most current version.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to jeetaa's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jeetaa's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by jeetaa in its sole discretion. jeetaa makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the jeetaa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date you register your account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion from jeetaa or from any other online gaming platform that would render your participation here a breach of that self-exclusion.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jeetaa Platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent conduct.
• You are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

jeetaa reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during the withdrawal process. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending full verification.

Age Verification Process

jeetaa employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all registered players. First-time withdrawal requests and accounts flagged by the Platform's risk management systems will be subject to mandatory identity verification. Players are encouraged to complete their KYC documentation early in their account lifecycle to avoid delays when making withdrawal requests. All documentation submitted is handled in accordance with jeetaa's Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jeetaa Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where jeetaa identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals may be voided, and any bonus credits awarded across those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested in the registration form. jeetaa is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player. You must notify jeetaa promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jeetaa strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and advises against sharing account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact jeetaa support immediately at [email protected].

• Never share your jeetaa password with any other person, including jeetaa support staff — jeetaa representatives will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features made available by jeetaa, including two-factor authentication where offered.
• Notify jeetaa immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeetaa supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in the currency of Bangladesh Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol throughout the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transactions and ৳200 for Rocket and Upay. Card-based deposits carry a minimum of ৳500.

jeetaa does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their standard terms of service. jeetaa has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers. It is your responsibility to review the terms of your chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by jeetaa's payments team on a 24/7 basis. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals are subject to standard banking processing times of 1 to 3 business days. These timelines represent standard processing periods and are not guaranteed, as exceptional circumstances or enhanced verification requirements may cause delays.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account. jeetaa does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• jeetaa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of its standard fraud prevention procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods.

Bonus Terms

jeetaa offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳25,000, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback on sports betting losses, and seasonal promotions tied to the cricket calendar and Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for jeetaa deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Free spin winnings are subject to a separate wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion.

• Only wagers placed using real-money funds or bonus funds (as specified per promotion) contribute toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-25%, and sportsbook wagers contribute 100% at odds of 1.50 or higher.
• jeetaa reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after they are credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without exception.
• Players must opt in to specific promotions where opt-in is required. Retroactive bonus applications are not accepted.

User Obligations

As a registered player on the jeetaa Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. Your use of jeetaa must not, at any time, infringe upon the rights of jeetaa, its other players, its partners, or any third party. You accept full personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk. jeetaa strongly encourages responsible gaming and recommends that all players set personal deposit and loss limits before engaging with any game or betting market on the Platform. You agree that jeetaa is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, provided that jeetaa has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of financial recovery.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during account registration, KYC verification, and support interactions.
• You must not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment or decision-making capacity.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players.
• You must not exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable technical error may be voided by jeetaa.
• You must not use the Platform in a manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs the experience of other players.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. jeetaa operates a zero-tolerance anti-money laundering policy and reports suspicious activity in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment method without their consent, or providing fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on the Platform. jeetaa will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, AI-assisted play tools, or any form of automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf without the express written consent of jeetaa.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or evading account restrictions.
• Minors' Access: Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 18 to access or use the jeetaa Platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jeetaa account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days of the request being received. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

jeetaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of this Agreement, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in circumstances where continued operation of the account poses a risk to jeetaa, its players, or its partners. In the event of a suspension or closure initiated by jeetaa, the affected player will be notified by email and provided with information regarding the appeals process.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful are strongly encouraged to use jeetaa's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted at any time by contacting [email protected]. Temporary self-exclusions are available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion requests are also accepted and will be actioned immediately and irreversibly.
